Why must I register to see the photos & videos ?

1. Why do I have to register ?

   I ask that you register to keep out spammers .

   To keep small children from hearing EXPLICIT LANGUAGE in our videos.

   To show your support on our mission to help tornado victims.
   

I am having a problem signing in .

1. I registered to be a member , but it keeps telling me my user name & password are wrong .

   The most common problem is you need to check your E Mail for our websites conformation letter . If you do not see our E Mail in your In Box , check your SPAM folder .

1. How can I get my password if I forget it .

           If you forget your password click on sign in . Type in your E Mail address & then click on ( Forgot my password ) .

           That will take you to our Forgot my password page . Again enter your E Mail address & click on submit . A password reset request will be sent to your E Mail . Then check your E Mail & follow the instructions .

1. I am having a problem loging in with Facebook .

   You must register to be a member inorder to login with Facebook first .
   

Mobile Website .

1. Why can't I play the games .

   No all mobile devices can play the games on our website .
   

2. When I go to the chat room it doesn't load .

   You have a few options

   1) You can check with your local Red Cross .
   

   2) You can check with your local Salvation Army .
   

   3) United Bank has a fund set up taking donations .

   4) 22News has a tornado donation . Check with them for more info .

   5) Check our NonProfit Organizations page .

1. How do I use the dining & entertainment without having to scroll down the page ?

   When you enter the Dining & Entertainment page . You will see Categories with a list of towns & listing . Find the town & what you are looking for then click on it . It will bring you right to a list of websites for that listing . If you would like to return to the top of the page to look for another listing . Look for our website thumb nail , click on it & it will bring you back to the top of the page .

1. Can I use,share or copy photos, stories or videos from this page ?

   No . If you look at the terms you agreed to by becoming a member it states you may not use in any likeness, copy , down load , publish or share . All photos, stories & videos on this website are covered by Copyright laws & are punishable by law if violated . You must have writte permission by Springfield Tornado to use anything you see on our website . You tube videos are exempt .

   Our book filled with the June 1st tornado victims stories & their photos is being released on June 1 2012 .
   

2. Were can I buy your book when it comes out ?

   At this point I know you will be able to buy it on line at www.AuthorMikeInk.com for around $20 a copy .
   

3. Were is the portion of the proceeds that is getting donated from the book going ?

   The portion of the proceeds from our book project is going to help tornado victims who didnt have Ins or Gap Ins . It is also going to help disaster reliefs .

   You can E Mail it alone with your full name & you give Shawn Morse & Springfield Tornado full permission to print , publish or use in anyway we see if .
